Board Responsibility

DIRECTORS GOVERN HAWG HEAVEN

The Board of Directors serve a two year term. They govern all three sections of Hawg Heaven. Elections of Board Members are held at the Annual in June of each year.

Should a vacancy occur, the Board can fill the vacancy by appointment per Texas Property Code 209-0051

Duties of the Board of Directors include but are not limited to:

*Managing of the business and affairs of the association.
 
*Adopt and publish rules and regulations governing use of common area and facilities.

*Exercise for the Association all powers, duties, and authority vested in or delegated to this Association. 

*Employ a manager, secretary, attorneys, independent contractors, and /or such other employees as they deem necessary, and to prescribe and oversee their duties.
